2nd year student with a minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 who has shown a great level of commitment and dedication toward advancing healthcare within the less privileged patient populations in the community. The award is geared toward boosting patients’ trust and dependability on pharmacists as key players in the advancement of healthcare in the community. The target patient population should be diversified; hence, it could include patients from any culture, race, ethnicity or affiliation.
