Student(s) enrolled in SOECS with GPAs that represent the top performers in SOECS. First Preference for students from Kuwait. Second preference for students from the Gulf States region. Third preference for international students from countries closest to the Gulf State Region. If none of these preferences are available, the Dean of SOECS will select the student(s) who best meet the merit based requirements regardless of their country of origin.
