Norman E. Allen Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship support for students, with preference given to those who demonstrate financial need, are first-generation college students, are residents of San Joaquin County, and/or identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender (LGBT).

Note: The supplemental questions below are meant to fulfill the donor’s preferences but are in no way to disqualify someone if they do not meet all specified preferences.
